Exhibitions
Postal history is communicated all over Maihaugen, but there are also specialist exhibitions showing various aspects of Norway Post.
In the post building, visitors can experience an exhibition showing postal history through nearly 375 years. In the attic of the postal building there are drawing activities for children. In the special mail carriage, standing outside in Maihaugen's Open Air Museum, an exhibition showing the travelling postal services on board a train can be experienced.
